在圣巴巴拉一定不能错过海边的龙虾大餐，在码头那里有一个木头栈桥，上面有几家在当地比较出名的海鲜餐厅。Shellfish Company是其中历史最悠久的一家，也是少数可以吃的到活物的海鲜餐厅，这里的龙虾、螃蟹、鲍鱼可都是活的哦，不是冰鲜的。小小的一栋木屋，不管白天还是晚上都推荐坐在室外的位置，比较宽敞和舒服，还可以吹吹海风，门口的小黑板上有当日特价，可以挑着上面的海鲜点，比较划算，点螃蟹和龙虾都会附送一份奶油汤和凯撒沙拉，量还挺大的。鲍鱼炒饭算是很适合中国人口味的一道菜，墨西哥风味改良，鲍鱼是活的，而且个头还挺大的，在炒之前泡了一下鸡蛋，这样的做法会让鲍鱼有点点外脆内嫩的感觉，配上下面的米饭超赞。煮青口贝一份的量挺大的，壳比较薄，里面的肉饱满，吃起来又鲜又嫩，食材新鲜才是好吃的关键啊！Spider Crab是圣巴巴拉特产，与Rock Crab不一样的是，个头十分大，我们点的这只有9磅，还好人多！烹饪方法其实就是水煮了，保留了蟹肉的原汁原味，非常值得一试哦！龙虾有分圣巴巴拉当地特产和波士顿龙虾，推荐选当地产的尝试一下，个头也挺大的，对半切开，BBQ烧烤的做法，拿着那只龙虾啃起来还是很过瘾的。
